What is Embroidery Digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital file using embroidery software that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle’s path. This process is not automated and in fact, great digitizing is considered an art form if done correctly.
How to define: Simple, Medium and Complex design
Simple
An embroidery design is Simple if it contains 1-2 colors or stitches are less than 10k. Standard turnaround is 4-12 hours and can be delivered in 1-4 hours if urgent.
Medium
A design is medium if that design contains 3-5 colors or stitches is less than 20k. Standard turnaround of 6-12 hours can be delivered in 1-5 hours if urgent.
Complex
A design is complex, that’s containing 5+ colors or stitches is less than 30k. Standard turnaround is 6-12 and can be delivered in 3-6 hours if urgent.
Our Working Process
Step 1: After your order, We will analyze the design file and its color scheme.
Step 2: Our Senior digitizer will review it and start embroidery digitizing your design image.
Step 3: After converting the image to a digitized file by embroidery digitizer, will send it to the head of the digitizer team for quality assurance.
Step 4: Once the design is evaluated by the head of the digitizing team, then it’s sent to the support team and they deliver it to the customer. That’s it. The working process is just completed.
Embroidery Digitizing Services
We are converting an image into a machine embroidery file format with a super-fast turnaround. Which is called Embroidery digitizing and logo digitization. Digitizing for Embroidery isn’t the same, just like converting one picture format to another. Instead of that, logo digitization converts any graphical shape into beautiful stitches embroidery digitizing for a machine that can be placed on any fabric.
Embroidery form is entirely different from screen printing. Where screen printing is all about graphics, Embroidery digitizing is all about stitches. Embroidery relies on a specific embroidery machine, dedicated embroidery software, and a professional embroidery digitizer. Both are visual forms for representing custom logos on apparel.
